Performing a storage reset on the TYPE-S app may resolve many issues.
However, storage reset has the following limitations:
- All recorded activities will be deleted (please upload everything beforehand)
- All sensor pairings and assignments will be deleted
- ANT+ sensor pairings will also be deleted
- DataPage settings and other configurations will be reset
- Sport modes (Bike or Run) will be reset (please select them again)
How to perform a storage reset
- From the TYPE-S home screen, open the “Settings” app
- Tap “Apps & notifications”
- Tap “LEOMO” in the list of apps (if not listed, tap “Show all OO apps” to find it)
- Once the app info opens, tap “Storage”
- Tap “CLEAR STORAGE” then tap ‘OK’
- Return to the app list and tap “Show all OO apps”
- Tap the “...” (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner
- Tap “Show System”
- Scroll down quite a bit until you find the app named “LEOMO Backend” and tap it
- Clear its storage as in Steps 4 and 5
- Restart your TYPE-S
