LVS Referral Program

The LVS Referral program is a great way to help spread the word of LEOMO’s advanced motion analytics. By participating in this program, you can potentially earn LEOMO referral credits that can be used for future purchases or renewal of LVS subscription. This referral program is available only to LEOMO TYPE-R owners who have a current LVS subscription. 

Referral Program Terms

These Terms (the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions of the referral program offered by LEOMO, Inc. (“LEOMO”) for owners of LEOMO’s TYPE-R products and who are also current subscribers to LEOMO’s Live Video Sync product and service (“LVS”).

This referral program (the “Referral Program”) is available only to owners of TYPE-R products who are also current LVS subscribers (a “Qualifying Referrer”). A Qualifying Referrer will be eligible for a credit equal to such Qualifying Referrer’s initial one (1) month LVS subscription fee (a “Referral Credit”) if the following conditions are satisfied (if the Qualifying Referrer purchased a yearly LVS plan, the Referral Credit will equal 1/12 of the cost of the yearly LVS plan):

1. The Qualifying Referrer refers a new LVS subscriber to LEOMO by email sent to [e-mail] and such new LVS subscriber (a “New Subscriber”) has not previously subscribed for LVS;
2. The New Subscriber subscribes for LVS within one (1) month following such referral; and
3. The New Subscriber subscribes, and pays for, a yearly LVS plan or six (6) consecutive months of a monthly LVS plan.

In the event the foregoing conditions are satisfied, the Qualifying Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Credit. The Referral Credit may be used for any future purchases or renewals of LVS. The Referral Credit may only be used by the Qualifying Referred and is not transferable. The Referral Credit is valid for one (1) year following issuance.

LEOMO may change or discontinue the Referral Program (or any terms thereof) at any time and for any reason.

All legal issues arising from, or in connection with, the Referral Program will be construed in accordance with and determined by the laws of Japan without respect to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive forum for any claims or causes of action arising out of the Referral Program shall be Tokyo District Court in Tokyo, Japan.
