Cannot connect LEOMO Link and TYPE-R

You can connect the TYPE-R to LEOMO Link to update your TYPE-R settings. To do so, on your TYPE-R go to Menu > Smartphone > Connect to LEOMO Link. Then, open LEOMO Link on your smartphone. The two should automatically connect and sync.

If LEOMO Link and the TYPE-R do not automatically connect, please check the following:

Make sure LEOMO Link and the TYPE-R is up-to-date:

• Updating the TYPE-R's software
• LEOMO Link can be updated from the App Store app on your iPhone, or Google Play on your Android device.

Reset your Bluetooth transmission on your smartphone:

• Turn off and on your phone's Bluetooth and try again.
  
  

Make sure only one TYPE-R is paired to your smartphone:

• Go to Bluetooth settings and check your paired devices.
• If there are more than one TYPE-Rs listed, forget them all.
• Relink the TYPE-R and LEOMO Link.
