Make sure your motion sensors are connected.
- Pull down the quick menu and check if all sensors are connected.
- If you see any sensors not connected, tap on that sensor's details and tap CONNECT
- If the sensors still do not connect, restart the motion sensors by putting the sensor in and out of the motion sensor charger or sensor carrier, or using a pin to press the reset button on the back of the motion sensor.
If your sensors are connected:
- Try stopping and saving your activity, and starting a new activity.
- If that doesn't work, reboot the TYPE-R.
TIP: When taking a break during a ride, manually pause the TYPE-R, and unpause the TYPE-R when you're ready to start riding again. This will allow for a stabler, more consistent ANT+ Sensor / Motion Sensor reconnection process
